We provide telephone counseling at IVF NAMBA for couples having problems with infertility.
Any questions will be answered on the phone by our doctors for couples thinking about taking treatments because of difficulty conceiving, or for those who have not been successful despite earlier treatments.
Print out the prescribed form and fill it out, then fax it to our clinic. If you prefer to submit by email that is also acceptable. Please write “telephone counseling” on the title, and include the names of husband and wife, contact address, phone number, and what you want to ask about. We will contact you back to make an appointment for counseling.
We do not provide second opinions for patients who are taking treatments at another clinic.
Counseling hour is Tuesday 4 to 5 p.m., 20 minutes per person, and you do need an appointment. Please be punctual.
