Everyone is an individual and not all ovaries or testicles respond to stimulation in the same manner. Accordingly not everyone will react to any given medicine in the same way. We start treatment of 80% of our patients using a eutherapeutic IVF approach., We then gather and evaluate all the detailed data. If we have not been successful, all of our staff analyze those results to develop aprogram that will better fit the needs of each patient on the next try.
We try to get our patients pregnant as soon as possible. A key to our ultimate success is the accumulation of data and our adherence to the “Hasten slowly” philosophy.

We do not set any upper limits on age or frequency at all, although we do council accordingly.

We carry out microinsemination for any infertility patient with a disorder of zona pellucida patency, or a disorder of membrane fusion. All microinseminations are carried out by ICSI(intracytoplasmic sperm injection), and our fertilization rates are 80% to 90%. We also use this method extensively for ourfor male infertility patients.
