yQuestion: 01z When should I visit the clinic during my menstrual cycle?
Any day of the cycle is alright. We can take a blood sample for hormone determination during the menstrual cycle, and observe ovulation at ovulation phase and endometrium during the luteal phase. But we recommend you to visit as soon as possible if you want to take IVF immediately.

yQuestion: 02z How early should I call to make the first appointment?
It depends on your circumstances or day of the week, but we may be able to get you an appointment within a week. Please tell us as soon as possible if you want a particular doctor or a day.

yQuestion: 03z How long should I wait for my initial consultation?
We proceed with the consultation carefully considering all exams and treatments . Particularly for first time patients, we analyze your clinical history and take time to make our plan.

yQuestion: 04z How long will it take to have the initial consultation?
It depends on appointments circumstances or contents of treatment, but it sometimes takes several hours because we make four or five appointments per hour.

yQuestion: 05z Can I make an appointment by email?
We currently accept appointments only by telephone. At that time, we can guide you about the document(s) to bring and notices and any other issues.

yQuestion: 06z Do I need a letter of introduction if I am transferring from another clinic?
It is not necessarily needed because we understand that there is a possibility that it would be difficult to ask for a letter of introduction. If you have it, please bring it when you visit us.

yQuestion: 07z Should I visit with a partner at the initial consultation?
Either is alright. When you visit us with your partner, we can proceed with your husbandfs blood exams if it needed. Please visit us with your partner if you hope to initiate IVF immediately.

yQuestion: 08z Do you accept patients from out of town?
Many patients come from Hokkaido to Okinawa throughout Japan and from overseas (North and South America, Europe, and Asia). Please visit us without constraint. Patients from out of townhoping to initiate IVF with us can use our Minimum Stay system.

yQuestion: 09z Let me know about the instructions for patients from overseas.
Please send us an email before you visit us from overseas. We can tell you what you need to bring so we can best prepare for your treatment in an efficient way.

yQuestion: 10z Are there many doctors in this clinic?
We have five male doctors including the chairman of the board of directors Dr.Yoshiharu Morimoto, and one female doctor.

yQuestion: 11z Will the doctor I see at the initial consultation be my attending doctor?
We donft particularly determine the attending doctor, so your doctor may change during your treatment. You donft have to worry because all of our doctors follow the same treatment protocols.
